We were invited by LA Clippers to help redefine the fan experience in their bright, shiny new home: the Intuit Dome - a venue that fuses smart architecture and cutting-edge technology. We installed our interactive NOVA LED armrests in every seat of this “arena of the future” to immerse fans and gamify the live sports experience. We wanted to make it so fans don't just watch the game, they become an active player in it.

Featuring an ultra-bright LED laser and a 4-button game controller - the NOVA Armrest lets fans interact with the arena's massive, acre-sized Halo board to gamify the live sports experience.

With the NOVA Armrest, fans can vote, play trivia, engage during sponsor moments, and participate in last-one-standing competitions - where LED armrests dim as players are eliminated to leave one winner still shining.

The NOVA armrest's ultra-bright LED is powered by Infrared-controlled effects; all through a reliable wired system. *Engineered to be compatible with Pro 2 Protocol to control SFX.

Interactive Features for Gamified Fandom

The LA Clippers asked for a custom 4-button controller integration, which allows fans to interact with in-game entertainment and engage in real time on the halo-board. A sweet example was when fans used the NOVA Armrest to play a larger-than-life Candy Crush game on the halo board 🍬. The result? Each NOVA Armrest seat also includes a USB charging port for mobile devices, so no fan has to worry about missing those unforgettable moments. An NFC reader within each armrest connects fans to event, venue, and sponsor content.
