Termination of Use

Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada exclusive of its choice of law principles. The Canadian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
General Provisions
If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and ESKI INC. concerning your use of the site, and the agreement shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties. PRIVACY POLICY FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES
This privacy policy sets out the basis on which any personal data that we have collected about you, or that you provide us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will handle it. This is the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) that governs how we, PixMob (“we”, “our” or “us”), use Personal Data (defined below) that we collect, receive and store about individuals in connection with the use of: (i) the website at www.pixmob.com (the “Site”). We ourselves do not host any of the Site. All hosting is done by third-party service providers that we engage. This means that data you provide us or that we collect from you (including any Personal Data, as defined below) – as further described in this Privacy Policy – is hosted with such third-party service providers on servers that they own or control. Regardless of where such third-party service providers are located, their servers may be located anywhere in the world. Your data may even be replicated across multiple servers located in multiple countries. We review this Privacy Policy regularly.
